About ThePrint Store

ThePrint, founded by Shekhar Gupta, began with a simple belief: that India deserves journalism that offers facts, context and clarity. Reporting that asks the hard question, follows the story past the news cycle and doesn’t flinch. Journalism that doesn’t just tell you what happened, but also why it happened and what happens next.

Our readers value it, and somewhere along the way, they wanted to carry that idea with them. So we built ThePrint Store.

It is a small, considered corner of our world, made for people who read closely, think independently and have little patience for noise. Notepads for the notes that matter. Mugs for the mornings that start with the news. Totes that go wherever you do. Tees for those who’d rather wear their opinion than shout it. And no, we don’t stop here. There is much more.

Nothing here is loud. Everything here has a point of view.

Every product begins with the question we ask in our newsroom: does this add something, or is it just more clutter? If it doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t make it to the store.

And it matters beyond the objects. Journalism runs on the people who choose to back it. Every order helps keep ThePrint independent, and every item that goes out into the world carries our belief with it: that good journalism, like good design, is about cutting through the noise.
