Damaged Items: If the product is damaged upon receipt.
Incorrect Item Delivered: If the item received differs from what was ordered.
Exchange Guidelines:
Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirements for Eligibility:
Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the reason for the exchange must be provided.
The items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions:
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Products that have been personalised, or customised are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, kindly contact our customer support team at store@theprint.in. Please include the following details in your request: your order number, clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, an unboxing video (required for damaged products), and the reason for the exchange.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps. The entire process may take up to 10 days from the date of complaint.
